In collaboration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, in 1992 with a shareholding fund of IBBL Page 4 $2.1million (USD) and an Asset base of about $100million (USD), the company has developed
over 1,200 housing units in the last 6years. Presently, the company is developing;
- 10,000 Green housing units for the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria for its members at $300million (USD) in the 36 states of the Federation.
- 246 Apartments for the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) at $22.7million (USD) in Abuja.
- Infrastructural Development of Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE) Estate in Abuja @
$3.2million (USD) - Sites and Services Scheme, GRA Osogbo on PPP with State of Osun @ $4.5million (USD).
- The construction of 50 units of Model primary schools for the State of Osun, Nigeria @ a total cost $50million (USD) through contractor financed scheme.
